As you know, the world is dealing with a pandemic, a virus that has spread worldwide. We think this is the perfect setting to get a head start in the training program. Each Bodster would like to share the following:
Generous Ana
“This is the perfect time to practice Generosity. Some people can’t find food because others have taken excessive amounts of supplies. Humans are buying what’s theirs and what belongs to others in an attempt to ‘survive’ the unknown. What good does it bring for you to have food while your neighbors suffer needs?
If we take care of each other and follow advice, this virus will stop, it will end. Keep this in mind; understand that we need each other to survive! We are an interdependent society and as such, we need to help each other so that we can continue to grow healthy and happy. If you have enough supplies and your neighbors don’t, please, give them a hand. Share. Share water, share food, share hope. The only way we can overcome this is by being generous and compassionate with one another.”
Ethical Niti
“Ethics plays a huge part in our line of support! We are to keep ourselves from harming other living things. In other words, we need to help others be healthy. First of all, we need to protect others by avoiding physical contact. You don’t want to get other fellow humans sick. Mina told us that we can be sick even if we don’t feel bad; that means that you can get Abuela sick without even knowing it. Remember, we are all part of the circle of life; everything you release into the circle will eventually come back to you. Be ethical when you sneeze and with all your hygienic protocols. Protect others and think about the consequences. Everything you do, small or big, can have huge results.
This is your chance to become a Bodster.”
Patient Ez
“This virus offers us the perfect opportunity to practice the power of patience. We need to remain calm during this situation. Think about it, if we stress our immune system suffers. One thing we know is that we need to maintain our immune system working the best it can. Some tips:
Remain present and enjoy the moment. Remember that being alive right now, as you read this, is a blessing. Be mindful and help your body by bringing only thoughts of well being to yourself and others.
Listen to joyful music, one of my favorites is ‘Don’t worry be happy,’ by Bobby McFerrin. I am working on a list; I will keep you posted.
Meditate, exercise, and eat healthy food. Drink plenty of water. Try to get away from the TV and/or newspapers because constant negative information can also cause anxiety.
Patience is one of the world’s strongest antidotes against any illness. For best results, use daily and as often as you need.”
Joyful Akin
“Joy is the number one cure when it comes to disease. Ease up and free yourself from tension or worries. If you persist, concentrate and focus on happy thoughts, it will eventually start coming out naturally. It goes like this:
If you think, ‘I am afraid to get sick,’ instantly cancel that fear and say:
‘I am a healthy person and a virus does not scare me! I am stronger than any disease!’ This can go on and on:
‘This coronavirus thing is scaring me.’
CANCELED! Kick it!
‘Coronavirus is NOT for me. I am safe and healthy.’
‘It is spreading all over the world.’
STOP, Fight stance, Jab!
‘I am protected!’
Let’s do this! Siyo nqoba!”
Third Eye Dy
“Close your eyes and visualize the world being surrounded by a bright, purple, healing light. Illness does not exist; it has lost its place among humans. We are all happy and healthy. Everything is well; this beautiful, bright, and healing purple light also surrounds you. As you visualize, feel this into existence and watch it manifest starting with you and spreading throughout the world. Be still and know that you are in charge.”
Wise Ana
Ana is telling me that “you are free to feel what you choose to hold into existence.”
We will continue with this specialized training program, sharing more details throughout the days to come. Please keep in mind that we are all in this together, the whole world, we are one. This situation has demonstrated our vision, we are interdependent. The only way we can overcome this is…
As one.
We love you,
Mina.
